The challenge was to deliver In 46 weeks a fully commissioned three storey office building with associated external works in close proximity to established major businesses employing many thousands of staff.

Early involvement and close working relationships with the design team enabled the employers brief to be fully understood and met. Detailed method statements and programming coupled with the selection of good quality sub-contractors ensured completion of the project in its entirety within the contract time.

Façade Engineering Limited having a good understanding of the client's aspirations, and clear communication with the whole team throughout the project period helped achieve the desired result, The client was able to have extensive negotiations with prospective tenants and succeeded in securing a major business for occupation of the whole building immediately after our handover.

Facade Engineering Ltd worked closely with the Main contractor and Architects to develop the Main Entrance facade in Structural Glazing incorporating Brise Soliel and 60 minute fire rated ground floors screens.
