Façade Engineering have recently completed (Sept 09) the 2nd phase of a large window and curtain wall replacement project at Anglia Ruskin University for Network Planning & Maintenance Ltd.

Façade Engineering acted as Main Contractor supplying a complex cantilevered scaffold over the adjacent graveyard containing Grade 1 listed tombstones.

The University is continually in use so Façade Engineering supplied internal temporary screens to cause as little disruption as possible.

The works also included making good internally, redecorating and structural repairs to the dwarf brick walls.

Façade Engineering used SAPA Aluminium Dualframe 55 Tilt & Turn windows and Top Hung high level vents with Teleflex controls. Self cleaning glass was also used to reduce maintenance costs.
